TradeTM provides structured educational and training programs focused on financial markets, financial literacy, market analysis, trading concepts, risk management and related areas of financial education.
TradeTM provides educational and training services through structured, cohort-based programs.
Depending on the program, services may include:

TradeTM provides educational services and does not provide a facility through which participant funds or securities are managed or held by TradeTM.
TradeTM does not:
• execute trades on behalf of participants;
• take custody of participant funds or securities;
• operate brokerage accounts for participants;
• guarantee investment or trading returns; or
• represent that participation in a program will result in any particular financial outcome.
Nothing in the educational content is intended to constitute a guarantee of future performance.
Certain programs may involve an application or selection process.
Submission of an application does not automatically constitute admission.
Enrolment is confirmed only after TradeTM communicates acceptance and the applicable program fee has been successfully received.
TradeTM may decline an application where reasonably necessary for the operation, suitability or integrity of a particular cohort.
Program fees are communicated to participants before enrolment.
Payments may be made through payment methods made available by TradeTM, including payment gateways, cards, UPI, internet banking and eligible EMI or financing facilities offered by participating banks or payment providers.
Where a participant chooses an EMI or financing facility:
• approval is subject to the relevant bank, card issuer or financing provider;
• interest, processing charges, taxes or other applicable charges may be payable by the participant in accordance with the terms of the relevant provider; and
• TradeTM does not control or guarantee the approval, interest rate, processing fee, repayment schedule or other terms of such facility.
TradeTM may issue appropriate invoices or receipts for payments received in accordance with applicable law.
Because TradeTM operates limited-capacity cohorts and undertakes program preparation, faculty allocation, scheduling and administrative activities upon enrolment, program fees are generally non-refundable once enrolment has been confirmed, subject to applicable law.
Participants are encouraged to review the applicable program information before completing payment.
Deferral Where a participant is unable to continue due to a genuine emergency or significant circumstance, TradeTM may, at its discretion, permit a one-time deferral to the immediately subsequent eligible cohort, subject to availability and the applicable program terms.
A deferral is not a refund and does not create a right to cash reimbursement.
Refunds required by law
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy or refund that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
Where a refund is approved or required, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.
Program access is personal to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred, assigned, resold or shared without prior written permission from TradeTM.
Participants agree to:
• provide accurate registration information;
• use their account and program access responsibly;
• maintain confidentiality of other participants' information;
• comply with reasonable program and platform requirements;
• refrain from sharing paid course material with third parties; and
• use TradeTM resources solely for their intended educational purpose.
TradeTM may suspend or terminate access in cases of material misuse, unauthorized distribution of content, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct or material breach of this Policy.
TradeTM's curriculum, videos, recordings, documents, presentations, frameworks, written materials, graphics, software interfaces, logos, trademarks and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to TradeTM unless otherwise stated.
Enrolment grants the participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the educational material for personal learning purposes.
Without prior written permission, participants may not:
• reproduce or commercially distribute TradeTM materials;
• resell or sublicense course content;
• publicly upload recordings or course materials;
• share paid educational resources with non-enrolled persons;
• use TradeTM content to create competing commercial programs; or
• remove proprietary notices.
Participants may receive information relating to TradeTM, its faculty, other participants, educational materials, internal processes or community discussions.
Participants agree to treat confidential and personal information received through the program responsibly and not disclose information belonging to another participant or TradeTM except where permitted or required by law.
TradeTM may use third-party technology providers for hosting, communication, payment processing, analytics, customer support and delivery of educational services.
TradeTM will take reasonable steps to maintain the availability and security of its digital services. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond TradeTM's reasonable control.

TradeTM will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and address genuine complaints within a reasonable period, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.
